摘要
目的:探究接种含百日咳的联合疫苗对儿童神经系统发育的影响。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年3月接种疫苗的儿童3642名,其中接受含百日咳的三联疫苗注射1806名,四联疫苗注射312名,五联疫苗注射1524名;分别定义为三联疫苗组、四联疫苗组和五联疫苗组。比较三组儿童接种疫苗后的神经发育系统情况。结果:20个检查项目中,三组各检查项目的未通过率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组儿童接受疫苗注射后的未通过率比较,三联疫苗组>四联疫苗组>五联疫苗组,三组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接种含百日咳的联合疫苗,DTaP三联疫苗、DTaP-IPV四联疫苗、DTP-IPV/Hib五联疫苗对婴儿的神经系统发育均无影响,DTP-IPV/Hib五联疫苗的安全性更高。
Objective:To explore the influence of vaccination with combined vaccine containing pertussis on the development of nervous system in children.Methods:From October 2019 to March 2020,3642 cases of vaccinated children were selected,among them,1806 cases received triple vaccine containing pertussis,312 cases received quadruple vaccine and 1524 cases received quintuple vaccine.They were defined as the triple vaccine group,quadruple vaccine group and quintuple vaccine group.We compared the neurodevelopmental status of three groups of children after vaccination.Results:Among the 20 inspection items,there was no significant difference in the failure rate of the three groups(P>0.05).Comparison of the failure rate of three groups of children after receiving vaccine injection,three vaccine group>four vaccine group>five vaccine group,there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vaccinated with a combined vaccine containing pertussis,DTaP triple vaccine,DTaP-IPV quadruple vaccine and DTP-IPV/Hib quadruple vaccine have no effect on the development of nervous system in infants,the safety of DTP-IPV/Hib vaccine is higher.
