摘要
目的:探讨优化急诊护理流程对缺血性脑卒中患者救治效果的影响。方法:2018年5月之前收治的缺血性脑卒中患者90例,设为对照组,实施常规护理流程。2018年5月之后收治的缺血性脑卒中患者96例,设为观察组,实施优化急诊护理流程。比较两组关键环节用时、治疗效果及家属满意度。结果:观察组医护反应时间、CT报告时间、DNT时间、心电图报告时间及生化结果报告时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组溶栓后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著低于对照组,家属满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化急诊护理流程能够有效缩短卒中团队反应时间、CT检查确诊时间及DNT时间,提高治疗效率及家属满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of optimizing emergency nursing process on the treatment effect of ischemic stroke patients.Methods:Before May 2018,90 patients with ischemic stroke were selected,set as the control group.Implement conventional nursing procedures.After May 2018,96 patients with ischemic stroke were selected and assigned to the observation group.Implement optimizing emergency nursing procedures.The time,treatment effect and family satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The medical response time,CT reporting time,DNT time,ECG reporting time and biochemical results reporting time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).NIHSS score after thrombolysis in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and family satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the emergency nursing process can effectively shorten the response time of stroke team,diagnosis time of CT examination and DNT time,improve the treatment efficiency and family satisfaction.
