摘要
目的:探讨规范化健康教育在神经内科临床中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月神经内科患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理干预基础上展开规范化健康教育。比较两组患者依从性、并发症发生率及心理状态。结果:观察组干预后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化健康教育有助于改善神经内科患者心理状态,从而有利于提高患者依从性,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized health education in nursing of Neurology Department.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,200 patients in Neurology Department were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The observation group received standardized health education on the basis of routine nursing intervention.We compared the compliance,complication rate and psychological state of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after intervention,SDS score and SAS score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized health education is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients in Neurology Department,which is conducive to improving the compliance of patients and reducing the incidence of complications.
