摘要
海水淡化是海洋战略性新兴产业,是海洋经济新的增长点。近年来,中国海水淡化在技术创新、装备制造和产业培育方面取得了较大进展。但与国际先进水平相比,仍存在产业发展质量不高、核心技术装备亟待突破、领军龙头企业缺乏和市场占有率低等问题。为进一步推进中国海水淡化产业高质量发展、培育发展新动能,开展了以自主创新推进中国海水淡化产业高质量发展对策研究,从核心技术装备突破、加强创新平台建设、发展自主装备制造业、培育龙头领军企业、引进高端人才和培养创新团队等方面提出建议。
Seawater desalination is an emerging research with strategic importance for marine and a new growth point of marine economy.Recently,great progress has been made in seawater desalination technology innovation,equipment manufacturing and industry cultivation in China.However,compared with the international advanced level,there are still problems such as lower development quality of the seawater desalination industry,short of the key technology and equipment,lacking of leading enterprises,and low occupation rate of market.In order to improve the quality and cultivate new drivers of desalination industry in China,a study was carried out to promote the high-quality development of seawater desalination through independent innovation.Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of breakthrough in core technology and equipment,strengthening innovation platform construction,developing independent equipment manufacturing industry,cultivating leading enterprise,introducing advanced talents,training innovation team.
