摘要
乡村是文化遗产重要组成部分,对其合理建设是资源保护重要途径。为此,提出美丽乡村建设背景下环境资源开发与保护对策研究。分析现阶段乡村生态系统存在的主要问题;探究环境资源特殊性,对其做资源价值与生态价值量化处理,促进生态与经济协调发展;根据社会、经济等因素构建环境综合承载力评价体系,确定指标权重,建立乡村环境承载力评价模型;将整体性、原真性、可持续发展作为开发与保护原则,提出合理利用、精准保护环境资源,推进传统美丽乡村特色发展的对策。
Village is an important part of cultural heritage,and its reasonable construction is an important way of resource protection.Therefore,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development and protection of environmental resources under the background of beautiful rural construction.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current rural ecosystem,explores the particularity of environmental resources,and quantifies the resource value and ecological value,so as to promote the coordinated development of ecology and economy.According to the social,economic and other factors to build the environmental comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation system,the study determined the index weight,established the rural environmental carrying capacity evaluation model.Taking the integrity,authenticity,sustainable development as the development and protection principle,it put forward the reasonable use,accurate protection of environmental resources and promote the development of traditional beautiful rural characteristics.
