摘要
相对于传统数据库,区块链具有规则透明、数据分布式存储、可追溯、历史数据不可篡改、广泛参与等特点。目前,区块链技术的成功应用已经渗透到医疗健康、数字金融、供应链管理、数字资产交易、可信生态等多个领域,并展现出良好前景。临床试验数据的安全管理是医疗健康领域的重要命题。目前传统的临床试验数据管理中存在着包括临床试验注册数据无法可信存证、数据可能丢失且不易共享、临床试验报告审查标准化程度不足、临床试验实时资料真实性无法保障、难以兼顾临床试验实时资料数据的高效共享与数据隐私的保护等亟需解决的痛点。本研究在长期的区块链应用实践中,基于区块链技术不可篡改、可追溯、数据库开放、多中心化管理等技术特性,结合人工智能技术与隐私保护技术,拟就区块链技术可以进一步应用至医疗健康领域特别是临床试验数据的安全管理提出呼吁和思考,认为区块链可实现临床试验数据与数据处理行为的可信存证、隐私保护下的数据共享与数据共享行为的可信存证,进而解决临床试验数据管理中相关痛点,让临床试验数据更加可信可靠。
Compared with traditional databases,blockchain has the characteristics of transparent rules,distributed data storage,traceability,historical data cannot be tampered,and extensive participation.At present,blockchain technology has penetrated into multiple fields such as healthcare,digital finance,supply chain management,digital asset trading,and trusted ecology,which has shown good prospects.The safety management of clinical trial data is an important proposition in the medical health field.At present,there are some pain points that need to be solved urgently in the traditional clinical trial data management,such as clinical trial registration data cannot be credibly recorded and may be lost which is not easy to share,insufficient standardization of clinical trial report review,the authenticity of real-time clinical trial data cannot be guaranteed,it is difficult to balance the efficient sharing of real-time clinical trial data and the protection of data privacy etc.Bosed on the long-term blockchain application practice,and the technical characteristics of blockchain technology,such as non-tampering,traceability,open database,and multi-centralized management,and combining artificial intelligence technology and privacy protection technology,it is proposed in this research that blockchain technology should be further applied to the medical health,expectively the safety management of clinical trial data,and blockchain can realize the credible evidence of clinical trial data and data processing behavior,and the credible evidence of data sharing and data sharing behavior under privacy protection,so that to solve related pain points in clinical trial data management and to make clinical trial data more reliable and trustworthy.
