摘要
起落架是飞行器结构中的重要装置之一。以某型倾转旋翼无人机为研究对象,基于质量、稳定性、抗坠毁及无人机特性等多方面因素设定了起落架布局。通过结合焦点、重心、承载比及刹车防倾覆等设计参数,快速确定了起落架位置。为避免倾转旋翼无人机高速巡航下的气动损耗,通过增加主起落架主转轴与展向水平线的夹角,设计了一套满足收放空间要求的单侧四面体承载可收放起落架结构。具有该结构的主起落架在向弦向方向收纳的同时,缓冲支柱等支撑部件沿展向向机身内部运动。通过合理设计机轮旋转机构,能够在不增设动力源的基础上避免机轮与飞机机身的大角度夹角。
Landing gear is one of the important devices in a flying vehicle. A type of tilt-rotor UAV was taken as the research object, and the landing gear layout was set based on various factors such as weight, stability, crash resistance and UAV characteristics. By combining the design parameters such as focus, center of gravity, load ratio and brake anti-tip, the landing gear installation position was quickly determined. In order to avoid the aerodynamic loss of the tilt-rotor UAV under high-speed cruise, a set of single-side tetrahedral load-bearing retractable landing gear structure was designed to meet the requirements of retracting space by increasing the angle between the main rotating axis of the main landing gear and the horizontal line of the spreading direction. The main landing gear with this structure is stowed in the chord direction and the supporting parts such as buffer struts move along the spreading direction to the inside of the fuselage. Through the reasonable design of the wheel rotating mechanism, it is possible to avoid the large angle between the wheels and the aircraft fuselage without adding power source.
