摘要
本文收集2014年至2018年首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院入院的传染性单核细胞增多症、肾综合征出血热、手足口病、流行性乙型脑炎和狂犬病等病毒感染疾病共494例,通过分析其临床表现及感染生物学标志,表明EB病毒、汉坦病毒、肠道病毒71型、乙型脑炎病毒和狂犬病病毒感染多导致患者外周血白细胞升高,提示外周血白细胞升高需考虑病毒感染的可能。
Based on the analysis of clinical manifestations and infection-associated biomarkers from 494 patients admitted to Beijing Ditan Hospital due to infectious mononucleosis,hemorrhagic fever renal syndrome,hand-foot-and-mouth disease,epidemic encephalitis B,and rabies from 2014 to 2018,this report revealed that infections caused by Epstein-Barr virus,hantavirus,enterovirus type 71,encephalitis B virus,and rabies virus tend to result in elevated peripheral blood leukocytes in patients,which reminds us to take into account the possibility of virus infection even when elevated peripheral blood leucocyte count is observed.
