摘要
针对当前铝型材生产中人工包装操作劳动强度大、包装效率低和成本高等问题,设计并制造了铝型材自动折纸包装设备。在铝型材手工包装工艺的基础上,利用基于解决问题的创新方法和TRIZ的冲突解决理论方法,确定自动折纸包装的工艺方法。运用模块化思想,在总体布局设计的基础上,将折纸包装线划分为送纸、引纸、上料、折纸包装、下料、传送等部分和控制系统等模块,并制造样机进行验证。试验结果表明:该包装方法可独立完成铝型材自动化折纸包装,包装线具有对不同规格产品适应性强、效率高等特点,有效提高了包装效率和质量,降低了生产成本和劳动强度。
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high cost of manual packaging in the production of aluminum profiles,an automatic paper folding packaging equipment for aluminum profiles was designed and manufactured.On the basis of manual packaging process of aluminum profile,the process of automatic paper folding packaging is determined by using the innovative method based on problem solving and TRIZ conflict resolution theory.On the basis of the overall layout design,the paper folding packaging line is divided into paper feeding,guiding,loading,folding packaging,blanking,conveying and control system modules,and the prototype is manufactured for verification.The test results show that this packaging method can independently complete the automatic paper folding packaging of aluminum profiles,and the packaging line has the characteristics of strong adaptability to different specifications of products,high efficiency,effectively improving the packaging efficiency and quality,reducing the production cost and labor intensity.
