摘要 组织实施"智慧电站"建设,利用物联网、视频监控、虚拟现实、人工智能、大数据分析、云计算等技术,实现电站管理由人工决策转变为机器智能决策,是打破安全管理瓶颈,实现科技兴安的重要方式。探索通过对人员定位、电子围栏、孔洞识别、违章抓拍、照度检测、外包单位安全管理及手机APP等系统开发,实现检修现场安全管控从人工管控到智能识别提醒的转变,打造智慧安全管控体系,引领科学化安全管理新模式。 It is an important way to break the bottleneck of safety management and realize the prosperity of science and technology by organizing and implementing the construction of "smart power station" and using technologies such as Internet of things, video monitoring, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, big data analysis and cloud computing to realize the transformation of power station management from manual decision-making to machine intelligent decision-making. Through the system developments of personnel positioning, electronic fence, hole identification, illegal capture, illumination detection, outsourcing unit safety management and mobile phone APP etc., the transformation of maintenance site safety management and control from manual control to intelligent identification reminder is realized, the intelligent safety management and control system is built, leading new scientific safety management mode.
