摘要
竖向设计是总图设计与工业运输的一个重要组成部分,竖向设计方案的合理与否不但直接关系到生产工艺流程及运输联系的合理性,也关系到整个场地的安全稳定性、土建投资和工程造价。工业场地竖向设计的关键在于充分利用场地自然地形条件,选择合理的竖向布置形式,确定适宜的平场标高及排水方式,创造一个能够满足工业企业生产要求的设计地面。文中首先介绍了工业场地竖向设计与总平面设计之间的关系,然后介绍了竖向设计的基础理论,包括竖向设计的内容及形式,最后以母杜柴登矿井及选煤厂工业场地为例,通过对场地自然地表模型进行分析,获得最佳竖向设计方案。
The vertical design is an important part of the general layout design and industrial transportation.The vertical design scheme is not only directly related to the rationality of the production process and transportation connection,but also affects the safety and stability of the whole site,civil engineering investment and project cost.The key to the vertical design of industrial site is to make full use of the natural terrain conditions of the site,select a reasonable vertical layout form,determine the appropriate leveling elevation and drainage mode,and create a site that can meet the production requirements of enterprises.Through the introduction of the relationship between the vertical design and the general layout design of industrial site,based on the basic theory of vertical design,taking the industrial site of Muduchaideng mine and coal preparation plant as an example,the best vertical design scheme is obtained by analyzing the natural surface model of the site.
