摘要
介绍一种风冷式冷水机组AHRI测试系统的设计过程,分别从环境系统、测控系统、测试软件3个方面阐述测试系统的设计方法及针对AHRI标准做出的相应处理。经测试验证,该风冷式冷水机组AHRI测试系统测量精度高、工况稳定速度快、运行稳定可靠,符合AHRI认证标准。
The design process of one test system for air-cooled chiller based on AHRI standard is introduced.The design method of the test system and corresponding treatment according to AHRI standard are exponded from three aspects of environment system,measurement&control system and test software.Through the test verification,it shows that the test system for air-cooled chiller has high measurement accuracy,fast stability of working condition,and stable and reliable operation,which meets the AHRI certification standard.
