摘要
混凝土全包封输水管道施工过程中,管道安装精度要求较高、施工难度大,目前国内普遍做法是用混凝土支墩控制管道安装位置,此种方法包封混凝土支墩一旦浇筑成型,就很难控制支墩形式以及调整安装的精度,不足以保证钢管施工时的安全性。采用创新技术利用长方体块状混凝土支墩承重,钢支架进行稳管,可提高管道安装质量、保证施工安全,在工程中经过实际应用,效果良好,具有推广应用价值。
The requirement on the pipeline installation accuracy is higher and the construction is difficult during concrete fully-encapsulated water conveyance pipes. Concrete piers are used for controlling the pipe installation location according to the current domestic common practice. Once the encapsulated concrete piers are cast and molded according to the method,it is difficult to control the pier form and adjust the installation accuracy. The safety of steel pipeline construction can not be guaranteed. The innovative technology is adopted to make use of cuboid concrete piers to bear the load. Steel supports are applied to stabilize the pipeline,thereby improving the installation quality and ensuring the construction safety. The effect is good,and the method has the value of popularization and application after practical application in the project.
