摘要
GJB 9001C-2017要求组织有责任应用基于风险的思维,并采取应对风险的措施,更好地实现组织的预期目标。该文根据标准对风险管理的要求,针对如何建立一套符合组织实际情况并行之有效的风险管理体系提出了工作要点和具体步骤。
GJB 9001C-2017 requires that organizations have the responsibility to apply risk-based thinking and take measures to deal with risks,so as to better achieve the expected goals of the organization.According to the requirements of risk management,this paper puts forward the key points and specific steps of how to establish an effective risk management system in line with the actual situation of the organization.
