中日科技政策先导背景下广西对日科技合作现状与展望

Present Situation and Prospect of Scientific and Technological Cooperation Between Guangxi Province and Japan Under the Background of the Guidance of Sino-Japanese Science and Technology Policy

摘要 为促进广西对日科技合作,分析了日本国际科技合作政策,提出了中日科技政策先导背景下广西日本区域间科技合作成果。两区域间科技人文交流硕果累累,中日两国科学家在高层次国际论坛上互动频繁,广西对日双边项目受资助多,高分SCI论文层出不穷。进行了广西对日科技领域的合作展望。 In order to promote the scientific and technological cooperation between Guangxi Province and Japan,the research analyzes the Japanese policy on international science and technology cooperation,and proposes the scientific and technological achievements between Guangxi Province and Japan under the background of the guidance of Sino-Japanese science and technology policy.There are a lot of achievements in science,technology and human communication between the two areas.The communication of scientists between China and Japan is frequent in high level international forum.Guangxi Province receives much subsidization in Sio-Japanese projects.There are a lot of SCI papers of high marks.The research makes prospect for Sino-Japanese science and technology policy in Guangxi Province.
