摘要
隧道穿越深厚含砾黏土(砂砾土)层时,含砾不均匀,围岩自稳性差,极易坍塌,以新建贵南高铁隧道工程为依托,开展“三台阶+临时仰拱+筏板基础”施工工法研究,对隧道开挖、超前支护、初期支护、预留变形量设定、临时仰拱支护以及浅埋段地表注浆技术、筏板基础施工技术等一系列关键问题进行研究。通过采用钻孔灌注桩作为基础极大的降低道床对隧道基床承载力的影响,保障高速铁路运营安全。
When the tunnel traverses through the deep and thick gravel-bearing clay(sand-gravel soil)layer,the gravel content is uneven,the surrounding rock has poor self-stability,and is easy to collapse.Based on the new Guinan high-speed railway tunnel project,the construction method of“three steps+temporary inverted arch+raft foundation”is carried out to study the tunnel excavation and advance a series of key issues such as support,initial support,reserved deformation setting,temporary invert support,shallow buried section surface grouting technology,and raft foundation construction technology are studied.The use of bored piles as the foundation greatly reduces the impact of the track bed on the bearing capacity of the tunnel foundation bed and ensures the safety of high-speed railway operations.
