板状拉伸试样宽度对钢板力学性能的影响探究

摘要 针对中厚板产品Q355钢板,将其加工成不同宽度的板状试样(矩形截面试样)进行室温拉伸试验,探讨不同宽度板状试样的力学性能变化情况。试验表明:试样宽度的变化对钢板拉伸结果有一定影响,屈服强度与断后伸长率随着试样宽度的变化而有所改变,抗拉强度基本保持不变。 The Q355 steel plate was processed into different width plate samples(rectangular section samples)for room temperature tensile test,and the mechanical properties of different width plate samples were discussed.The test results show that the change of specimen width can influence the tensile results of steel plate on certain degree.The yield strength and elongation after fracture varied with the change of specimen width,and the tensile strength basically remains unchanged.
