摘要
蒸汽发生系统(steam generation system,SGS)是塔式太阳能热发电站的重要组成部分。采用仿真模拟软件Thermoflex对塔式太阳能热发电站的熔盐SGS进行了建模,并基于实际工程数据验证了所搭建模型的准确性。以此为基础,仿真研究了熔盐SGS的换热工质参数(给水温度、主蒸汽温度、主蒸汽压力)对熔盐SGS性能的影响,其中,水侧温度和压力的变化对熔盐侧参数(熔盐流量、熔盐SGS出口的熔盐温度)和换热设备的换热功率均存在较大影响。研究得到的不同换热工质参数对熔盐SGS性能和整个塔式太阳能热发电站的影响规律可为熔盐SGS的设计提供理论依据。
The steam generation system(SGS)is an important part of the tower solar thermal power station.The simulation software Thermoflex is used to establish the molten salt SGS model of the tower solar thermal power station.Based on actual engineering data,the accuracy of the built model is verified.The influence of the heat exchange working fluid parameters(feed water temperature,main steam temperature,main steam pressure)of molten salt SGS on performance of molten salt SGS is simulated.Among them,the temperature and pressure changes on the water side have a greater impact on parameters(molten salt flow rate,molten salt temperature at outlet of molten salt SGS)of the molten salt side and the heat exchange power of heat exchangers.The influence rules of different heat exchange working fluid parameters on performance of molten salt SGS and the tower solar thermal power station are also obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the molten salt SGS design.
