摘要
足球是一项竞技运动,一场足球赛的完美举行,离不开运动员的通力合作,也依赖于足球裁判的专业素质、快速反应和公平裁决。在足球场上,裁判的基本素养与应变能力、对于赛场上突发事故的分析能力和判断能力都是依据其主观意识,所以提升自己主观意识的能动性和专业素质的熟练性,是一个足球裁判员应该不断学习和培养的。该文主要阐述了裁判员自身的道德意识、身体素质和专业能力的素养重要性,以及如何培养裁判员的这些自身素质和专业素质等问题。
Football is a competitive sport,a perfect football match can not be held without the cooperation of the players,but also depends on the professional quality,quick reaction and fair judgment of the football referee.On the football f ield,the basic quality and the ability to deal with emergencies,the analysis ability and the judgment ability of the referee for the sudden accidents on the f ield of play are all based on their subjective consciousness,so the initiative of their subjective consciousness and the prof iciency of their professional quality are enhanced,is a football referee should be constantly learning and training.This paper mainly expounds the importance of the referee's moral consciousness,physical quality and professional ability,and how to cultivate the referee's own quality and professional quality.
