摘要
文章先从现代医学和古代中医学两个角度分别阐述了增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)的发病认知和治疗思路。总结了许家骏教授中西医结合治疗PDR的思路、方法和经验,通过对病案的陈述与分析,归纳了其对PDR中医病因病机的独特认识。他认为在治疗PDR的同时,应用中医中药治疗以提高患者的预后效果,结合吕仁和教授提出的"微型癥瘕"理论,使患者在眼部症状减轻的同时,全身症状也得到改善,并提出中西医结合疗法是PDR新的治疗策略。
The article elaborated on the cognition and treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) from the perspectives of modern medicine and ancient Chinese medicine. Professor XU Jia-jun’s thoughts, methods and experience in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy with integrated Chinese and Western medicine were summarized, and then summarized his unique understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine for proliferative diabetic retinopathy through the presentation and analysis of the medical records. He believes that in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy, the application of Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment to improve the prognosis of patients, combined with professor LYU Ren-he’s theory of ‘miniabdominal mass’, can reduce the patient’s eye symptoms and improve the systemic symptoms. He puts forward that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a new treatment strategy for PDR.
