蛋白质组学在中医“气”实质研究中的应用 被引量:6

Application of proteomics in the essential study of qi in traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 气学说是中医基础理论的一个重要支撑点,关于气的实质一直是中医现代化研究的核心问题之一。通常认为气是一种类似于光子、能量、磁场的无形物质。也有学者试图用量子的波粒二象性来描述气的微观运动模式。各种研究从不同的角度揭示了气的实质,但也都存在一定的不足。近年来,生物学领域中发现了很多特殊属性的蛋白质复合体,如磁感应蛋白MagR、能量感应蛋白mTOR等。这些蛋白复合体的发现使蛋白质系统可以更好阐释气"物质"性与"功能"性的辩证关系。因此,本课题组尝试从蛋白质组学的角度对"气"实质与蛋白质系统的潜在关系作进一步探析,也为气功防治疾病、延缓衰老的研究提供生物学依据。 The theory of qi is an important supporting point of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The essence of qi has always been one of the core issues in the modernization of TCM.Qi is generally considered to be an intangible substance similar to photons,energy,and magnetic fields.Some scholars have tried to describe the microscopic motion pattern of qi by using the wave-particle duality of quantum.Various studies have revealed the essence of qi from different angles,but there are some shortcomings.In recent years,many protein complexes with special properties have been discovered in the field of biology,such as magnetic sensing protein MagR,energy sensing protein mTOR and so on.The discovery of these protein complexes allows the protein system to better explain the dialectical relationship between the‘physical’and‘functional’properties of qi.Therefore,the research team tried to further explore the potential relationship between the essence of‘qi’and the protein system from the perspective of proteomics,and also provided a biological basis for the research of Qigong to prevent diseases and delay aging.
