摘要
目的分析广东省珠海市预防接种服务情况空间分布特征,为推动健康服务供给侧结构性改革提供理论依据。方法2019年2月使用R软件,采用空间自相关分析与Getis-Ord Gi*空间热点探测技术对平均每万服务人口工作人员数量、平均每人每天接种量等指标进行分析。结果每万服务人口工作人员数量、每万服务人口接种门诊面积存在全局空间正相关(Moran′sⅠ=0.471、0.254,P<0.05);白蕉镇卫生院、红旗社区卫生服务中心平均每人每年接种量存在高-高聚集;斗门区井岸镇、白蕉镇、金湾区红旗镇与斗门区白藤街道办构成地缘上平均接种量较大的"热点"区域。结论广东省珠海市金湾区、斗门区部分乡镇预防接种服务存在压力,建议根据实际情况增加接种点或工作人员数量,开展供给侧结构性改革。
Objective To analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of vaccination services situation in Zhuhai City to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the structural reform of health service supply side.Methods Using R software,the spatial autocorrelation analysis and Getis-Ord Gi*space hotspot detection technology were used to analyze the indicators of average number of staff per 10000 serving population and average inoculation amount per person per day.Results There existed the global spatial positive correlation between the average number of staff per 10000 serving population and the vaccination outpatients area per10000 serving population(Moran′sⅠ=0.471,0.254,P<0.05).The average inoculation amount of Baijiao Town Health Center and Hongqi Community Health Service Center was the high-high aggregation.Jing′an Town and Baijiao Town in Doumen District,Hongqi Town in Jinwan District and Baiteng Street Office in Doumen District constituted the"hot spot"areas with geographically large average inoculation amount.Conclusion There exists the pressure on vaccination services in some townships in Jinwan District and Doumen District of Zhuhai City.It is recommended to increase the number of inoculation points or staff according to actual conditions and carry out the structural reforms on the supply side.
