摘要
介绍了云南磷化集团800 kt/a硫酸装置干燥塔将散堆填料更换为规整填料的生产实践。针对运行过程中出现的填料老化、粉碎等情况,从降低装置能耗的角度考虑,将散堆填料更换为规整填料。更换填料后干燥塔阻力下降明显,填料层压差由6.4 kPa下降到2.0 kPa以下,发电量提高4~6 kWh/t,具有良好的经济效益。
The production practice of replacing bulk packing with regular packing in drying tower of 800 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Yunnan phosphating group is introduced.In view of the aging and crushing of the packing in the operation process,from the perspective of reducing the energy consumption of the unit,the bulk packing is replaced by regular packing.After replacing the packing,the resistance of the drying tower decreases obviously,the pressure difference of the packing layer decreases from 6.4 kPa to less than 2.0 kPa,and the power generation increases by 4-6 kWh/t,which has good economic benefits.
