装配式钢质铰连接节点中承载-消能金属板滞回性能试验 被引量:1

Experiment on Hysteretic Behavior of Load-Bearing and Energy-Dissipating Metal Plates in Prefabricated Joints Connected by Steel Hinges

摘要 为了提高装配式混凝土框架节点及其连接的抗震性能,提出一种易装配、可更换的装配式节点钢质铰连接.钢质铰由上下承载-消能金属板、高强钢腹板与销轴连接件等拼装构成.承载-消能金属板的力学特性是钢质铰及其装配式节点传力与塑性耗能的关键所在.为此,开展不同开孔削弱的5个承载-消能金属板试件轴向往复加载试验,考察其破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、承载力退化、刚度退化、耗能能力及延性等指标.结果表明:承载-消能金属板在开孔截面最大削弱处开裂或断裂,实现了失效模式可控;约束钢套筒有效地约束了内核心板受压屈曲变形,使其滞回曲线饱满,具有良好的耗能能力与延性性能,且强度退化不明显;相比菱形削弱的承载-消能金属板,椭圆形削弱的金属板总体性能更优. In order to improve the seismic performance of the prefabricated concrete frame joints and its connections,an easy-to-assemble and replaceable steel-hinge connection in prefabricated concrete frame joint was proposed. The steel-hinge connections were composed of the upper load-bearing and energy-dissipating metal plate,the lower load-bearing and energy-dissipating metal plate,high-strength steel webs and pin joints. The mechanical properties of the loadbearing and energy-dissipating metal plates were the key to the moment transfer and plastic energy dissipation of the steel hinge and its prefabricated joint. To this end,the axial reciprocating loading tests of five load-bearing and energy-dissipating metal plates with different weakened form by open hole were carried out to investigate the failure modes,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,bearing capacity degradation,stiffness degradation,energy dissipation and ductility. The results show that the load-bearing and energy-dissipating metal plates crack or break at the weak point in the middle of the open hole,and the failure mode is controllable. The steel sleeve can effectively restrain the buckling deformation of the inner core plate and make its hysteresis curve full,resulting in good energy dissipation capacity,ductility performance and the strength degradation performance. Further,the elliptical weakened metal plate has better overall performance than the diamond-shaped weakened metal plate.
