摘要
文章基于耦合协调度模型,对京津冀经济发展与空气质量的协调性进行了深入研究,报告了京津冀城市群的经济发展现状与空气质量情况。通过构建经济发展与空气质量耦合协调评价体系,采用熵值法及Tobit回归分析法对京津冀城市群2014-2018年经济发展与空气质量相关数据进行考察,发现河北省各市整体经济发展和空气质量综合指数偏低、耦合度普遍不高等问题,研究结论认为,经济发展水平对耦合协调度产生积极影响,对工业化水平产生消极影响;对外开放程度、科技投入力度对于中部核心功能区和其它地区的耦合协调度产生不同的作用。
Based on the coupling coordination degree model, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the coordination between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic development and air quality, and reports the economic development status and air quality of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. Through the construction of a coordinated evaluation system for economic development and air quality, the entropy method and Tobit regression analysis method are used to investigate the economic development and air quality related data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from 2014 to 2018, and it is found that, generally, the economic development and air quality index of each city in Hebei Province is low, and the degree of coupling is generally not high. The following conclusions are drawn that the level of economic development has a positive impact on the degree of coupling and coordination, the level of industrialization has a negative impact, and the degree of opening to the outside world and the intensity of investment in science and technology have different effects on the degree of coupling and coordination between the central core functional area and other regions.
