摘要
目的探析消化道溃疡出血经泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月~2020年7月接受治疗的116例消化道溃疡出血患者,采取1∶1比例方式分为对照组58例与试验组58例,对照组治疗方式以奥美拉唑静脉滴注为主,试验组治疗以泮托拉唑静脉滴注为主,对比两组治疗前后胃液pH值、治疗总有效率、临床指标及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者胃液pH值在治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者胃液在治疗后pH值均提升,试验组提升效果较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率与对照组治疗总有效率分别为93.10%与89.65%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组止血时间、住院时间较对照组短,出血量较对照组少,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为3.44%与17.24%,试验组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道溃疡出血采取奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑治疗效果较好,与奥美拉唑治疗相比,泮托拉唑止血效果与抑胃酸效果更显著,安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pantoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding.Methods 116 patients with gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were divided into control group 58 cases and test group 58 cases by 1:1 proportion.Results There was no statistical difference in the pH of gastric juice between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the pH value of gastric juice in the two groups increased after treatment,and the effect of the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the test group and the control group were 93.10%and 89.65%,respectively,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than the control group,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group were 3.44%and 17.24%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole and pantoprazole are effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding and ompared with omeprazole,pantoprazole is more effective and safe in hemostasis and inhibition of gastric acid.
