摘要
目的:分析CT诊断在脑白质疏松症中的诊断应用价值。方法:在我院2019年7月—2020年7月收治的脑白质疏松症患者中,随机选出50例脑白质疏松症患者作为观察对象,对其开展CT检查,并且分析检查结果。结果:1级、2级、3级以及4级脑白质疏松症患者例数分别为3例(6.00%)、36例(72.00%)、6例(12.00%)和3例(6.00%),诊断阳性率为96.00%(48/50),其中合并丘脑腔隙性梗塞以及合并脑出血患者例数分别有25例(50.00%)和2例(4.00%)。结论:在脑白质疏松症患者的临床诊断中,CT诊断具有良好的临床应用价值,诊断准确性高,值得推广。
Objective Analyze the value of CT diagnosis in the diagnosis of leukoaraiosis.Methods Among the patients with leukoaraiosis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020,50 patients with leukoaraiosis were randomly selected as observation objects,CT examinations were performed on them,and the examination results were analyzed.Results The number of patients with grade 1,grade 2,grade 3,and grade 4 leukoaraiosis were 3 cases(6.00%),36 cases(72.00%),6 cases(12.00%),and 3 cases(6.00%),and the diagnosis was positive The rate was 96.00%(48/50),among which there were 25 cases(50.00%)and 2 cases(4.00%)with thalamic lacunar infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with leukoaraiosis,CT diagnosis has good clinical application value and high diagnostic accuracy,which is worthy of promotion.
