摘要
化家沟泵施工过程中,发现泵站站身局部地基受淤泥质土有机质含量高的影响,水泥土搅拌桩不能成桩,必须调整局部地基处理方式。根据地基条件变化、工程进度总体安排及度汛等要求,分析认为适宜的地基处理方案不多。该文通过对泵站局部地基拟定采用水泥土换填、木桩复合地基及预制管桩复合地基三种地基加固处理方案,从工程施工、经济性、地基均匀性、耐久性及结构应力方面进行综合比较,局部有机质含量高、厚度4 m软弱土地基采用木桩复合地基处理较为合适。
During the construction of Huajiagou Pump Station,it is found that the local foundation of the pumping station is affected by the high content of organic matter in the muddy soil,and the cement soil mixing pile cannot form a pile,so the local foundation treatment method must be adjusted.According to the change of foundation conditions,the overall arrangement of project schedule and the requirements of flood season,it is considered that there are few suitable foundation treatment schemes.Based on the local foundation of the pumping station,the paper proposes three kinds of foundation reinforcement treatment schemes:cement soil replacement,wood pile composite foundation and prefabricated pipe pile composite foundation.The comprehensive comparison is made from the aspects of engineering construction,economy,foundation uniformity,durability and structural stress.The wood pile composite foundation treatment is more suitable for local soft soil foundation with high organic matter content and 4m thickness.
