摘要
目的:以急诊外科住院医师为调研对象,应用360度自评表评价急诊外科住院医师职业道德和人际沟通能胜任力情况,以展现通过职业道德能力和沟通能力的培训对住院医师临床医疗胜任力提高的影响,并提出提高住院医师胜任力的建议,为今后住院医师的培养提供思路与依据。方法:针对首都医科大学宣武医院急诊外科住院医师22人进行职业道德及人际沟通能力培训,分别由指导教师、同行、住院医师自身、护士、患者及管理人员以360度评价法对其培训前后的职业道德和人际沟通能力进行评估,并将评估结果进行前后比较,同时分析不同评价主体对住院医师评价的相关性。结果:职业道德评分及人际沟通能力评分在培训后均有一定的提升,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同评价主体相关性分析显示教师评价与自我评价、教师评价与护士评价、护士评价与自我评价、同行评价与自我评价相关系数较高,患者评价与管理者评价、同行评价与管理者评价、教师评价与管理者评价相关系数较低,且结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对急诊外科住院医师进行职业道德能力和沟通能力的培训,其临床诊疗胜任力有一定程度的提高,对培养急诊住院医师有一定参考意义。
Objective:This article takes emergency surgery residents as the research object,and uses a 360-degree self-evaluation form to evaluate the professional ethics and interpersonal communication competence of emergency surgery residents,so as to demonstrate the clinical medical competence of residents through professional ethics and communication skills training.And,to put forward suggestions to improve the competence of residents,and provide ideas and basis for the training of residents in the future.Methods:22 emergency surgical residents in Capital Medical University were trained in professional ethics and interpersonal communication skills,and then were evaluated respectively by their clinical teachers,peers,residents themselves,nurses,patients,and managers,using a 360-degree feedback method.The evaluation results were compared before and after,and the correlation of different evaluation subjects in the evaluation of emergency surgical residents was analyzed.Results:The scores of professional ethics and interpersonal communication ability were improved after training,and there was a significant difference between before and after training(P<0.05).The correlation analysis of different evaluation subjects showed that the correlation coefficients between the teacher evaluation and self-evaluation,teacher evaluation and nurse evaluation,nurse evaluation and self-evaluation,peer evaluation,and self-evaluation were higher.The correlation coefficients between patient evaluation and manager evaluation,peer evaluation and manager evaluation,teacher evaluation and manager evaluation were lower,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the training of professional ethics and communication skills for emergency surgical residents,the clinical competence of residents has been improved to a certain extent.
