摘要
甘肃文化走出去战略,包含了多方面的意义能指,以陇东南文化资源为重点即属其中之一。比较而言,陇东南文化资源的开发利用明显滞后,在国际传播力方面还显得相当薄弱。目前陇东南文化走出去已具备良好的战略背景,从整个甘肃文化走出去的战略角度观察,有着极其突出的重要性和必要性。从文化资源开发和创新的基点分析,陇东南文化走出去存在必达的现实性和长远的可能性。鉴于这些情况,我们应当探研陇东南文化走出去的策略与路径,以助于新时代充分开发利用陇东南文化资源并且走出去,汇入国际文化潮流,以此推动甘肃的发展、陇东南的进步,紧随重大历史步伐不断迈向前进。
The strategy of Gansu culture"going out"contains many signifiers,one of which is focusing on the cultural resources of Southeast Gansu.Comparatively speaking,the development and utilization of cultural resources in Southeast Gansu is obviously lagging behind,and its international communication power is still quite weak.At present,there is a good strategic background for culture of Southeast Gansu to"go out".From the strategic perspective of the whole Gansu culture"going out",it is of great importance and necessity.Based on the analysis of the development and innovation of cultural resources,this paper points out that it is realistic and possible for Southeast Gansu culture to go global.In view of these situations,this paper proposes that we should explore the strategies and paths of cultural communication in Southeast Gansu,so as to make full use of and develop the cultural resources of Southeast Gansu in the new era and integrate them into the international cultural trend,so as to promote the development of Gansu and the progress of Southeast Gansu.
