摘要
为了建立可以反映公差原则的装配体公差数学模型,研究了尺寸公差、形位公差的关系及补偿方式,基于形位公差的动态公差图,给出了最大实体要求下功能要素的旋量表示,修正了雅可比旋量模型,提出了一种基于公差原则的装配体公差建模方法。结合机床尾座实例,分析了零件之间的装配约束关系,建立了最大实体要求下的装配体公差数学模型,能够处理尺寸公差、形位公差之间的相关要求,扩大了装配体公差建模的应用范围,保证了公差建模理论的完整性和合理性。
In order to establish tolerance mathematical model which can reflect tolerance principle,The relationship between dimensional tolerance,geometric tolerance and compensation method are studied,the spinor representation of functional elements under the maximum material requirement is given,and the Jacobi spinor model is modified based on the dynamic tolerance graph of geometric tolerance,an assembly tolerance modeling method based on tolerance principle is proposed.With the example of a machine tailstock,the assembly constraint relation between parts is analyzed,The mathematical model of assembly tolerance under the maximum material requirement is established,the requirements between dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance can be handled,the application range of assembly tolerance modeling is expanded,and the integrity and rationality of tolerance modeling theory are guaranteed.
