摘要 针对目前对螺栓连接刚度的研究忽视了被连接件材料的弹性模量和厚度不同对其刚度的影响,基于有限元方法,研究了被连接件材料的弹性模量与厚度对其刚度的影响。结果表明:被连接件材料的弹性模量比值越大,螺栓连接刚度越小;被连接件的厚度比值越大,螺栓连接刚度越小;被连接件厚度与螺栓直径比值会减小被连接件材料的弹性模量对刚度的影响和增大被连接件厚度对刚度的影响。最后建立螺栓连接的解析公式,与德国工程师协会(VDI)的实验刚度结果对比,计算误差小于8%,螺栓连接刚度计算较为准确。 Based on the finite element method,the influence of the elastic modulus and thickness of the connected material on the stiffness is studied.The results show that:the larger the elastic modulus ratio of the connected material is,the smaller the stiffness of the bolted connection is.The larger the thickness ratio of the connected parts is,the smaller the stiffness of bolt connection is.The ratio of the thickness of the connected part to the diameter of the bolt will reduce the influence of the elastic modulus of the material of the connected part on the stiffness and increase the influence of the thickness of the connected part on the stiffness.Finally,the analytical formula of bolt connection is established.Compared with the experimental results of VDI,the calculation error is less than 8%,and the calculation of bolt connection stiffness is more accurate.
