摘要
我国创新创业教育起步较晚,大多停留在模仿国外创业型大学模式的阶段,缺乏个性化的创新设计,如何构建本土化的创新创业教育生态系统成为突破的关键所在。文章基于生态系统理论,结合我国大学实践经验,构建创新创业教育生态系统模型。研究发现:创新创业教育生态系统由内源性要素、基础性要素和发展性要素构成,在此基础上又可按照生态角色进行要素归类。创新创业教育生态系统分为内循环和外循环两部分。内循环由课程体系、师资队伍、实践平台构成,可以基于不同阶段的学生特点和需求构建递进式的内循环模型;外循环由大学、企业、政府三股螺旋构成,并时刻进行着市场、政策、财务、文化、支持、人力的物质交换。内外循环通过支撑机构紧密联结起来,形成了一个由大量相互联系的、相互作用的、具有主动性的主体所构成的网络结构。
China′s innovation and entrepreneurship education started late,mostly still staying in the stage of imitating the model of foreign entrepreneurial universities and lacking personalized innovation design.Therefore,how to construct a localized ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the key to breakthrough.Based on the theory of ecosystem and the practice of Chinese universities,this paper constructs a model for ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It is found that the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education consists of endogenous elements,basic elements and development elements,which can be further reclassified according to their ecological roles.The ecosystem can be divided into two parts:internal circulation and external circulation.The internal circulation consists of a curriculum system,a faculty team and a practice platform.According to the characteristics and needs of students in different stages,universities can construct a progressive internal circulation model.The external circulation consists of three spirals:universities,companies,and the government,which constantly carries out material exchanges of market,policy,finance,culture,support,and manpower.These two circulations are closely linked by supporting mechanisms,forming a network structure composed of a large number of interacting,interactive,and active agents.
