摘要
目的:研究不同血液净化方式对维持性血液透析患者虚弱症的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年4月广东医科大学附属医院透析中心收治的维持性血液透析患者60例,按随机数字表法分成甲组和乙组,各30例。甲组实施单纯血液透析,乙组实施杂合型血液净化。对比两组并发症发生率及治疗前、后营养状况、生活质量。结果:乙组并发症发生率低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前营养指标及生活质量各项得分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);乙组治疗后营养指标及生活质量各项得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:与血液透析相比较,杂合型血液净化能有效降低维持血液透析患者并发症发生率,并改善患者的营养状况及生活质量,从而缓解虚弱症状。
Objective To study the effects of different blood purification methods on frailty in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the dialysis center of the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Group A performed pure hemodialysis,while group B performed heterozygous blood purification.The incidence of complications,nutritional status and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of group B was lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in nutritional indexes and quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of nutrition index and quality of life in group B after treatment were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with hemodialysis,heterozygous blood purification can effectively reduce the complication rate of maintaining hemodialysis patients,and improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients,so as to relieve the symptoms of frailty.
