摘要
消防救援队伍面对“全灾种、大应急”的新形势新任务,必须以更高标准和更严要求,立足现有构架,整合区域消防救援力量,创新专业化救援体系构建模式,强化技能型人才成才培养模式,打造“一专多能、专常兼备”的专业队伍。笔者通过对全市专业救援力量进行调研,结合昆明实际,提出了加强消防救援队伍专业化力量体系构建的思路。
Under the new trend and facing the new tasks given by the"Comprehensive Disaster Rescue and Response System",fire and rescue teams must deal with this change with higher standards and more strict requirements.At present,based on the existing framework,fire and rescue teams should integrate regional forces,innovate the construction mode of professional rescue system and strengthen the training mode of skilled talents,in order to build a professional team who are expert in one thing and good at many.Based on the investigation of the professional rescue forces in Kunming city and the actual situation,the author puts forward the idea of strengthening the system of professional rescue force.
