摘要
本文采用燃烧法,分别选取尿素、甘氨酸和柠檬酸作为燃烧剂,成功合成了YAG:Ce^(3+)黄色荧光粉。采用XRD和PL光谱分析,研究了不同燃烧剂对荧光粉结构及荧光性能的影响。结果表明,所有样品均为纯相的Y3Al5O12,以尿素作为燃烧剂时,合成的荧光粉的结晶性最好,荧光强度最强。YAG:Ce^(3+)荧光粉可被450 nm的蓝光激发,发出530 nm的黄绿光,是一种可在白光LED中匹配蓝光InGaN芯片的高效荧光粉。
YAG:Ce^(3+)yellow phosphors were successfully synthesized by combustion method applied urea glycine and citric acid as combustion agents.The structure and fluorescence properties were investigated by XRD and PL spectroscopy,and all samples showed pure Y3Al5O12 phase,with the best crystallinity and strongest fluorescence intensity of the synthesized phosphors when urea was used as combustion agent.In addition,the YAG:Ce^(3+)phosphor could be excited by blue light at 450nm and emited yellow-green light at t530nm.It was a highly efficient phosphor that could match blue InGaN chips for w-LEDs.
