摘要 采用X射线衍射法对不同热处理参数下的2219铝合金TIG焊接头残余应力进行测试与分析,研究了退火温度、保温时间及冷却方式对接头残余应力的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的上升和保温时间的延长,接头残余应力下降幅度增大;当退火温度为350℃保温时间2 h时,焊缝附近区域及焊缝中段横向应力及远离焊缝区域纵向应力方向发生改变,残余应力横向分布规律发生变化。随着保温时间的延长,焊接残余应力下降幅度增大。炉冷具有消除残余应力的效果。 The residual stress of TIG welded joint of 2219 aluminum alloy under different heat treatment parameters was tested and analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The effects of annealing temperature,holding time and cooling method on the residual stress of welded joints were studied.The results show that,with the increase of anneal temperature and holding time,the decrease extent of the residual stress increases.When the temperature is 350℃and the holding time is 2 h,the direction of transverse stress near the weld and in the middle of the weld and longitudinal stress far from the weld change and the distribution law of transverse residual stress change.With the increase of holding time,the decrease range of welding residual stress increases.Furnace cooling has the effect of eliminating residual stress.
