摘要
应用流延工艺生产的设备构成及功能特点,设计了一种针对改性PBT耐高温阻胶离型膜的生产加工设备:包括三层共挤,模内复合,定型装置,在线分切装置及卷取装置。采用“PLC+交流伺服系统+气压控制+人机界面”的控制方式,实现计量进料、气隙调整、张力控制、自动换卷等多个工序。
Based on the equipment structure and function characteristics of tape casting process,a kind of processing equipment for modified PBT high temperature resistant release film was designed,including three-layer coextrusion,in mold compounding,setting device,on-line slitting device and coiling device.The control mode of“PLC+AC servo system+air pressure control+man-machine interface”is adopted to realize multiple processes such as metering and feeding,air gap adjustment,tension control and automatic coil changing.
