摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对接受外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)的妇科肿瘤患者心理状态的影响。方法:将2019年1月—2020年1月于焦作市中医院妇产科接受PICC的76例妇科肿瘤患者按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组给予常归护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理干预前后心理状态,以及干预后自我护理能力。结果:与干预前比较,两组患者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能、自我护理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受PICC的妇科肿瘤患者,采用综合护理干预可明显改善心理状态,提高自我护理能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological status of gynecological tumor patients undergoing peripheral venipuncture and central venous catheterization(PICC).Methods:A total of 76 patients with gynecologic tumors who received PICC in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given regular return care,and the observation group was given nursing intervention.The psychological state of the two groups before and after nursing intervention and the ability of self-care after intervention were compared.Results:Compared with before the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups of patients decreased after intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,and self-care ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for gynecologic cancer patients receiving PICC can significantly improve mental state and improve self-care ability.
