摘要
非洲猪瘟是一种在高度接触情况下传染性极高的病毒,由非洲猪瘟病毒所引起,能直接导致生猪死亡。该病毒存在难以消除性,虽然在世界范围内已经存留很长一段时间,而且对其研究也正在不断深入,但目前为止,世界范围内还没有研制出有效的疫苗或方法对其预防。该文主要研究非洲猪瘟诊断及食品安全检测措施。
African swine fever is a highly contagious virus caused by the African swine fever virus and can directly cause the death of live pigs.The virus is difficult to eliminate,although it has been around the world for a long time,and its research is deepening,but so far,the world has not developed an effective vaccine or method to prevent it.This paper mainly studies the diagnosis of African swine fever and the measures of food safety detection.
