基于堆肥温度条件下的粪污发酵剂成分及堆肥效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 为探索能在北方寒冷地区使用的粪污发酵剂,解决内蒙古寒冷地区粪污堆肥过程升温难这一关键问题,该文着手从部分粪污发酵剂的主要微生物成分分析、部分发酵菌剂的堆肥效果分析和部分发酵菌剂产品的堆肥效果分析,并基于堆肥温度条件下,比较粪污发酵剂的堆肥效果。结果表明,在相应的环境条件下,多数复合菌剂均可实现堆肥的升温、高温、降温和腐熟保温,确保粪便完全熟化。特别是复合菌剂中有芽孢杆菌成分的堆肥高温期持续时间较长,能更好地针对北方寒冷地区粪污堆肥腐熟标准。因此,新型芽孢杆菌复合菌剂的堆肥利用价值有待进一步研发。 In order to explore the application of manure starter culture in the cold area of north China and solve the key problem of heating up the process of manure composting in the cold area of Inner Mongolia,based on the analysis of the main microbial composition,the composting effect of some fermentative agents and the composting effect of some fermentative agents,and on the condition of composting temperature,the composting effect of manure starter was compared.The results showed that most of the complex microbial agents could increase,decrease,decrease and keep the temperature of compost,and ensure the complete maturation of manure.In particular,the high-temperature composting period with bacillus in the compound microbial inoculants lasted for a long time,which could better meet the composting standard of manure compost in cold area of north China.Therefore,it is necessary to further research and develop the composting value of the new bacillus compound inoculant.
