摘要
物联网技术的发展改变了我们的生活方式和生活节奏,也深刻影响了图书馆馆际互借业务的管理方法和服务方式。本文以笔者所在图书馆为例,进行馆际互借服务的数据分析和实践梳理,在服务平台的智能化改进、宣传推广的智能化提升方面提出几点建议。
The development of Internet of things technology has changed our ways of life and pace of life,and also profoundly affected the management method and service mode of inter-library loan business.Taking the author s library as an example,this paper analyzes the data and practices of the inter-library loan service and puts forward some suggestions on the intelligent improvement of the service platform and the intelligent optimization of publicity and promotion.
