摘要
鸡慢性呼吸道病又被称为鸡传染性支原体病,它是由败血型支原体感染引起的一种慢性呼吸道疾病,临床上患病鸡主要以呼吸道症状为主,发病速度相对较为缓慢。再加上支原体是一种免疫抑制性致病原,进入机体后会损害鸡群的免疫功能,造成疫苗免疫失败,使鸡群存在较长时间的免疫空白,给多种致病原侵袭提供条件。鸡慢性呼吸道疾病是引起养殖场多种病原混合感染继发感染的主要诱因,但受到多种病源侵染,会面临复杂的临床症状,诊断难度不断增大。鸡群中一旦出现该种染性疾病,由于隐性带菌鸡的存在,会使养殖场的病情难以得到控制,净化处理需要消耗较多的时间。该文主要论述鸡慢性呼吸道疾病的流行特点、临床症状、病理变化、诊断方法和防治措施。
Chronic respiratory disease of chicken,also called infectious mycoplasma of chicken,is a kind of chronic respiratory disease caused by mycoplasma Septicemia.In clinic,respiratory symptoms are the main symptoms of infected chicken,and the incidence rate is relatively slow.In addition,mycoplasma is a kind of immunosuppressive pathogen,which will damage the immune function of chickens after entering the body,result in the failure of vaccine immunity,make the chickens have a long immune blank,and provide the condition for the invasion of many kinds of pathogens.Chicken chronic respiratory disease is the main inducement of secondary infection caused by multi-pathogen mixed infection in poultry farm,but it will face complicated clinical symptoms and become more and more difficult to diagnose.Once this infectious disease appears in the flock of chickens,it will be difficult to control the disease on the farm due to the presence of the recessive carrier chicken.This article mainly discusses the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,diagnostic methods and control measures of chronic respiratory disease in chickens.
