摘要
以“背靠背”工程为例,考察了镀铂均压电极在换流阀内冷水回路中的服役状态,并与传统纯铂电极进行了比较。结果表明,镀铂均压电极在内冷水中依然会被铝垢包覆,且其运行稳定性低于材质较为单一的纯铂电极。这是由于电极外侧铝垢与电极之间的热传导不均匀,热膨胀造成的镀层微裂纹将使不锈钢基体暴露于内冷水中,在O元素和泄漏电流的综合影响下,不锈钢基体将发生轻微腐蚀,促进镀铂层剥落,增加了引发系统性事故的风险。
Service condition of the new grading electrode in converter valves was investigated,as grading electrode plated with plat in umgradually used.The results show that grading electrode plated with platinum claded aluminum scale as usual and the stability of the electrode was lower than platinum electrode.The heat conduction between aluminum scale and grading electrode was inhomogeneous and the microcrack caused by the thermal expansion made the stainless steel matrix exposure to internal water.Under the comprehensive influences of oxygen and leakage current,slight corrosion in stainless steel matrix was happened along with the loss of platinum coating,and the systemic accident risk was increased.
