摘要
为更好地评估四轨电磁发射器的发射性能和使用寿命,研究了平面型轨道-平面型电枢、凸面型轨道-凹面型电枢、凹面型轨道-凸面型电枢3种不同构型电枢和轨道的受力和变形。构建了四轨电磁发射器的物理模型,在此基础上推导了电枢和轨道的受力和变形理论计算公式。采用有限元方法,分析了电枢和轨道所受的电磁力和变形。仿真结果表明,不同构型的枢轨受力和变形有较大差别:凹面型轨道能够提供较大的电磁推力,但其变形量较大;平面型轨道提供的电磁推力一般;凸面型轨道提供的电磁推力较小,但其变形量较小。仿真计算结果可为满足不同的发射需求提供一定的设计思路和参考。
To evaluate the launch performance and service life of four-rail electromagnetic launcher(FREL),the stress and deformation of three different configurations of armature and orbit were studied,i.e.planar rail-planar armature,convex rail-concave armature,concave rail-convex armature.The physical model of FREL was constructed,and the theoretical calculation formula of force and deformation of armature and rail was put forward.The electromagnetic force and deformation of armature and orbit were analyzed by finite element method.The simulation results show that the force and deformation of rail-armature with different configurations were different.The concave rail can provide large electromagnetic thrust,but its deformation is large.The electromagnetic thrust provided by the planar rail is general.The electromagnetic thrust provided by convex rail is small,but its deformation is small.The experimental results can provide some design ideas and references for meeting different launch requirements.
