摘要
本文立足消费品召回的工作实践,从长三角一体化的角度展开研究,重点研究分析召回制度在信息收集和调查等方面存在的推进难点,并从奠定信息基础、建立风险共评机制、完善联合监管、强化智库支撑、建立重点消费品缺陷风险快速反应协作机制等五个方面提出“五个一”的措施建议。
Based on the working practice of product recall,this paper focuses on the difficulties in information collection and investigation studied from the perspective of integration of the Yangtze River Delta,puts forward measures and suggestions from the following five aspects:laying the foundation for information integration,establishing the risk co evaluation mechanism,improving the joint supervision,strengthening the support of technical experts,and establishing a rapid response and cooperation mechanism for the defect risk of key products.
