摘要
汽车车门窗升降按键开启和闭合功能如何,需通过测试装置来验证。为避免对电波暗室内电磁场环境产生影响,装置不能选用电动控制方法,而应采用气动控制方式。本文研发的装置能实现对乘用车单个门窗的升、降和对4个门窗的同时升、降操控,以检测所对应车门窗开降功能的抗干扰性能。
The opening and closing function of car door window lifting buttons need to be verified by a test device. In order to avoid the impact on the electromagnetic field environment in the anechoic chamber, the device cannot use the electrical control methods, but pneumatic control method. The device developed in this paper can realize the lifting and lowering of a single door window, and the simultaneous lifting and lowering of four door windows of a passenger car, and to detect the anti-interference performance of the corresponding door window lifting function.
