摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,我国企业在建设和发展中迎来了全新的挑战,企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作是企业管理中的重点环节,是体现社会主义精神文明建设方向的关键。论文对企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设之间的关系进行了探讨,详细分析了企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设融合发展的策略。
Under the background of economic globalization,China's enterprises are facing new challenges in the construction and development.Enterprise culture construction and enterprise ideological and political work is the key link in the management of an enterprise,which is the key to reflect the direction of socialist spiritual civilization construction.This paper discusses the relationship between enterprise ideological and political work and enterprise culture construction,and analyzes in detail the strategies for the integration and development of enterprise ideological and political work and enterprise culture construction.
