摘要
新公共管理是将现代经济管理与企业管理相融合的一种有效的管理模式,将其运用到中国行政管理中,可以有效地提升中国行政部门的管理水平,提高行政部门的工作效率,不断地提升管理质量。因此,研究和探讨新公共管理在中国行政管理中的应用是非常有必要的。论文从新公共管理的优势出发,分析了新公共管理的内含、职能以及作用。基于此,论文重点从六个方面探讨了新公共管理对中国行政管理改革的借鉴作用。
The new public management is an effective management mode that integrates the modern economic management and the enterprise management.Applying it to China's administrative management can effectively improve the management level of China's administrative departments,improve the work efficiency of administrative departments,and constantly improve the management quality.Therefore,it is very necessary to study and discuss the application of new public management in China's administrative management.Starting from the advantages of the new public management,this paper analyzes the contents,functions and effects of the new public management.Based on this,the paper focuses on six aspects to explore the reference function of new public management to China's administrative management reform.
