摘要 塑性应变比(r值)作为评价金属材料成形性能的重要指标之一,在冷轧产品研发、生产质量控制与工业选材等方面得到了广泛应用。2020年测定r值的国际标准ISO·10113:2020正式发布,与上一版相比增加了全自动方法应在试样平行长度部分均勾测量至少三处宽度的要求,这对我国主流试验技术和国产试验机测试能力带来了较大冲击和挑战。本文主要针对新版ISO标准与上一版国际标准及我国现行国家标准在技术内容上的主要差异进行比对分析,并就未来采用和转化新版国际标准、修订国家标准给出建议。 As one of the important indexes to evaluate the formability of metallic materials,the plastic strain ratio r has been widely used in cold rolling product development,production quality control and industrial material selection.ISO 10113:2020,the newest international standard for measuring r value was officially published in 2020.Compared with the previous version,the requirement of the automatic method that at least three width measurement shall he carried out is added,which brings great impacts and challenges to the mainstream testing technologies and the testing ability of domestic machines in China.This article mainly compares and analyzes the main technical differences between the new ISO standard,the previous version and the cunent Chinese national standard,and gives suggestions on the revision of GB/T 5027 based on the adoption of ISO 10113:2020 in the future.
